Our mission
Equitrace exists to handle each case with careful attention, integrity, and professionalism, and to help make a frustrating process more manageable. Recovering funds often means unfamiliar offices, forms, and rules. We aim to explain them in plain language.
What we do
Equitrace assists with three kinds of matters: unclaimed funds, tax-sale funds, and tariff refunds. Each begins with a conversation and careful research into your situation.
Where attorneys fit in
Equitrace is not a law firm. For tariff refunds, Equitrace provides initial assistance. A team of attorneys determines whether a claim qualifies and handles the processing. Equitrace does not perform that legal work.
How we handle fees and expectations
There are no upfront fees. We only get paid when you recover funds. Eligibility and outcomes are never guaranteed, and we will not suggest otherwise. You review the service agreement and contingency terms before providing documentation.
